Keynote Speakers
Meg Raby
Author of My Brother Otto, Pediatric SLP, and Neurodivergent Advocate
Drawing on her own experience as an autistic woman and her work with KultureCity, the nation’s leading nonprofit for sensory accessibility, Meg explores what it really takes to create spaces of genuine belonging for young people. From practical strategies for sensory inclusion to reframing how we think about invisible disabilities, she offers youth-serving professionals a road map for meeting every young person where they are - and why the most powerful thing we can do is make sure no one goes unseen.
Joseph Wooten
In this interactive keynote, Joseph Wooten - known as the “Hands of Soul” and a 30-year-old veteran of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - explores how the techniques that turn scattered notes into powerful music are the same skills that help young people navigate challenges, collaborate, and lead. Drawing on a career that spans work with Whitney Houston, Kenny G, and George Clinton, Wooten will compose a song live using words from the audience, demonstrating how creativity, listening, and improvisation can transform all of us.
